Twinsaw’s engines are designed to endure usage under difficult conditions
The designs of Twinsaw’s engines enable the use under difficult conditions. All machines have been rigorously tested before leaving the factory. The durability of a set of Twinsaw largely depends on the customer. If the machines are properly used and maintained, they can be used for a longer time. Please contact us if you encounter any problems, we will try our utmost best to solve it.
The customer service department is in charge of sales and after-sales services. For the sake of your rights, please operate the machines according to the operator’s manual.
Machines should be maintained and tested once a year. If any problems arise, please contact us.
If needed, spare parts can be purchased through the customer service department; the maintenance of Twinsaw’s machines must be carried out at/in our company or the authorized site, otherwise, we are not responsible for any damages.
Besides the right of maintenance, we offer the following services:
1. Operation and maintenance training can be arranged for customers, in order to make sure that at least three people in every unit/department can operate the TWINSAWs by themselves
2. We provide 24-hour on-site services
3. If your machine is not working, please contact us immediately. We will provide a spare Twinsaw; if the accident is beyond our free maintenance services, you must cover the cost of repair and transportation
4. Products sold directly through our company have a one-year warranty, which is limited to mechanical and engine parts failure. The blade is not included.
5. After the free maintenance period, we will try our best to maintain it, only if it is possible to use the product continuously. However, the customer will be held responsible for the cost of maintenance and transportation.
